Senior Consultant / Manager

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dynamic professionals with any of the following background or work experiences:

  • eDiscovery & Litigation Support

  • Investigation & Forensics (White Collar Crime)

  • Legal Technology & Innovations

  • Regulatory Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce our suite of solutions and service capabilities to prospective clients;

  • Support/manage assigned engagements while focusing on quality deliverables;

  • Oversee projects and collaborations while working closely with lawyers, service providers, subject matter experts and clients’ representatives;

  • Support the development and improvement of workflows, methodologies, marketing collaterals and to conduct research, where necessary;

  • Communicate with internal clients and law firms, e.g. preparation of quotes for prospective work, conflict checks, etc.;

  • Responsible in providing excellent client service including operational support;

  • Obtain necessary certifications and attend relevant assigned trainings; and

  • Actively participate in business development, staff recruitment & retention and provide coaching, training, and mentorship to new recruits.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Systems, Finance or related field;

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience for Manager position;

  • Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or solution environment;

  • Ability to deliver within agreed timelines and able to manage multiple engagements;

  • Good project management skills and competent in the drafting of reports;

  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented;

  • Ability to speak comfortably with clients or partners in a variety of different mediums, building relationship while having a good attention to detail; and

  • Proven ability and experience in working effectively with various teams within the firm, including operations, sales, technology and others.

Business Development Executive

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce our suite of solutions and service capabilities to prospective clients across all areas of expertise;

  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement our business development and marketing strategies/plans;

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services including features, benefits, changes, applications, ability to be customized, pricing and how to effectively distinguish them from competitor offerings and position them to meet clients’ needs. Understand and adapt to constantly changing products in a perpetually changing industry;

  • Implement and monitor leads and opportunities and reporting with a focus on improving client success and relationship;

  • Update and improve on client relationship management;

  • Prepare and present professional proposals specific to client needs and that align with their goals, critical success factors, and strategic vision ultimately moving them towards the purchase. Compile sales proposal documents and ensure proper documentation is completed;

  • Communicate with internal clients and law firms, e.g. preparation of quotes for prospective work, conflict checks, etc.;

  • Support continuous improvement of our internal business development and marketing processes and methodology.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience for Executive position

  • Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or solution environment;

  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills;

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations;

  • Ambition, goal-oriented for growth;

  • Superior time management and productivity skills;

  • Experienced with leading legal technology solution is preferred;

Legaltech Consultant

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage projects and collaborations with new legal technology solutions and products;

  • Support the development of standard guides, market research, brochures and events, where necessary;

  • Communicate with internal clients and law firms, e.g. preparation of quotes for prospective work, conflict checks, etc.;

  • Handles data collection & preservation of evidence, data transfer, processing and overall project management on a case by case basis;

  • Responsible in providing excellent client service including technical and operational support;

  • Actively participate in business development, staff recruitment & retention and provide coaching/mentorship to new recruits; and

  • Support continuous improvement of our legal technology processes and methodology.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional work experience in a legal, advisory or compliance environment;

  • Degree in Law, Information Systems, Finance or related field;

  • Ability to deliver within agreed timelines and to manage multiple engagements concurrently;

  • Good project management skills and competent in the drafting of reports;

  • Experienced with leading legal technology solution is preferred; and

  • Proactively identify issues and propose solutions in a timely manner.
