We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our growing multidisciplinary team of allied legaltech professionals.

1. e-Discovery Senior Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager



Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce our eDiscovery and digital forensics capabilities to prospective clients;

  • Support/manage assigned engagements while working closely with lawyers, service providers, subject matter experts and clients’ representatives;

  • Handles data collection & preservation of evidence, data transfer, processing and uploading of data onto an eDiscovery review platform;

  • Responsible in providing excellent client service including technical and operational eDiscovery support;

  • Actively participate in business development, staff recruitment & retention and provide coaching/mentorship to new recruits;

  • Provide eDiscovery and digital forensics advisory services when required; and 

  • Support continuous improvement of our eDiscovery and digital forensics processes and methodology.



  • At least 3 years of professional experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics and/or litigation support for consultant positions. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for manager and above;

  • Degree in Law, Information Systems, CyberSecurity or related field;

  • Ability to deliver within agreed timelines and to manage multiple engagements concurrently;

  • Good project management skills and competent in the drafting of reports;

  • Experienced with Nuix, Relativity, Cellebrite, EnCase & Axiom are beneficial; and

  • Proactively identify issues and propose solutions in a timely manner.

  • Ability to travel when required and willingness to be on standby for reactive engagements;

2. Paralegal (Legaltech)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and collaborations with new legaltech solutions.

  • Manage and maintain legaltech consultants’ schedules, recording minutes of meeting and monitor key timelines for projects.

  • Support the development of standard guides, market research, brochures and events, where necessary.

  • Provide general support to the team by undertaking legaltech administrative work eg. coordinate payments, verify invoices, etc.

  • Communicate with internal clients and law firms, e.g. preparation of quotes for legaltech work, conflict checks, etc.

  • Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.



  • Fresh law degree graduates may apply. Candidates who have a law degree or have been called to the bar but do not wish to remain in practice may also apply. For law diploma holders, the candidate should have at least two years of paralegal experience gained in a law firm or in-house.

3. Legal Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and development of algorithms and workflows to improve legal solutions, products or features;

  • Design and architect new legal solutions, products or features taking into account the requirements of the stakeholders;

  • Documentation which clearly explains how algorithms have been implemented, verified and validated;

  • Use software engineering best practices in programming, testing, version control, agile development, etc.;

  • Data extraction, cleaning and report building;

  • Communicating programme progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders;

  • Developing client facing services, i.e. client extranets and portals; and 

  • Ongoing project management and maintain a positive team environment.



  • Degree in law, information systems, computer engineering or equivalent;

  • At least 3 years of experience in legal services, data analytics, system engineer or similar role preferable;

  • Ability to interpret and analyse data from multiple sources and build systems and reports that solve business problems;

  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities and propose solutions in a timely manner;

  • Project management skills are beneficial; and

  • Basic knowledge in programming is beneficial.

4. Solutions Analyst


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support legal technology solutions (including eDiscovery, contract management and etc);

  • Thoroughly and accurately understand issues, determine the underlying problem and recommend solutions;

  • Maintain the firm's website, social media accounts, eLearning platform and assist in content production;

  • Monitor cloud-based solutions performance and maintain system updates according to requirements;

  • Collaborate and liaise with vendors to resolve problems or roll out new services or applications;

  • Build an internal SOP with proper technical documentation, manuals and IT policies;

  • Analyse and process data set for the purpose of managed document review;

  • Any other duties as may be assigned



  • Good degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in the legal or professional services industry will be preferred;

  • Experience with management of information systems, databases, networks and cloud-based solutions;

  • Familiarity with information governance and various security management tools including backup and firewall;

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in eDiscovery, forensic technology and cybersecurity


  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly;

  • Willingness to learn
