It is wholly owned by Rajah & Tann Singapore, a leading full-service law firm in Singapore and one of the largest in South East Asia. Rajah & Tann Singapore is a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, a network of over 700 lawyers in 10 countries in Asia.

 

RTTech is the NewLaw vehicle for Rajah & Tann Asia to adapt itself and provide new legal delivery models and deliverables to meet clients’ demands in the digital economy.

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our growing multidisciplinary team of allied legaltech professionals.

1. Legaltech Consultant

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce our suite of solutions and service capabilities to prospective clients;

  • Support/manage assigned engagements while working closely with lawyers, service Providers, subject matter experts and clients’ representatives;

  • Manage projects and collaborations with new legal technology solutions and products;

  • Support the development of standard guides, market research, brochures and events, where necessary;

  • Communicate with internal clients and law firms, e.g. preparation of quotes for prospective work, conflict checks, etc.;

  • Handles data collection & preservation of evidence, data transfer, processing and overall project management on a case by case basis;

  • Responsible in providing excellent client service including technical and operational support;

  • Actively participate in business development, staff recruitment & retention and provide coaching/mentorship to new recruits; and

  • Support continuous improvement of our legal technology processes and methodology.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional work experience in a legal, advisory or compliance environment;

  • Degree in Law, Information Systems, Finance or related field;

  • Ability to deliver within agreed timelines and to manage multiple engagements concurrently;

  • Good project management skills and competent in the drafting of reports;

  • Experienced with leading legal technology solution is preferred; and

  • Proactively identify issues and propose solutions in a timely manner.

2. Interactive Learning Instructional Designer (Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging SCORM compliant interactive e-learning courseware with intuitive design using Articulate to engage learners on our e-learning platform;

  • Brainstorm and assist in design, storyboarding and development of e-learning courseware and supporting material/media (audio, video, infographics, games, etc) for effective learning;

  • Work with subject matter experts sand gain detailed insight on intended audience, technological and media requirements and recommend instructional methods;

  • Perform functional testing of eLearning content to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met; and

  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Interactive Design, or relevant disciplines;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing interactive e-learning courseware for corporate learning in SCORM or other LMS standards;

  • Experience in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring software such as Articulate;

  • Proficient in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;

  • Additional skills in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) are a plus;

  • Good understanding and experience in design thinking, conceptualisation and prototyping;
