Forensics, eDiscovery and Evidence Management Specialists
JOB DESCRIPTION
​
Our eDiscovery and digital forensics business focus on both the delivery of industry leading solutions and value driven advisory services. We provide integrated, technology-based solutions to support legal operations across all industries. We help organisations manage their legal risk by introducing and supporting integrated solutions to conduct investigations and litigation, automate legal service workflows, and manage regulatory compliance. We take a holistic view to offering evidence collection and management services that support clients in disputes, regulatory responses, internal investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct digital evidence assessments for early stages of investigations and cases
-
Conduct data preservation, collection, and processing of collected data for eDiscovery and analysis
-
Engage with Legal teams and clients to understand client objectives, provide advice as to the appropriate course of action
-
Configure, populate, and support the use of evidence review platforms including for review and production of documents
-
Conduct and report on data investigations according to agreed parameters and scope
-
Report on service activities, client interactions and conclusions of investigations
-
Project manage cases to ensure execution with time, quality, and budget expectations
-
Conduct training for clients and prepare tailored training material when required
-
Manage the billing cycle and billing details for engaged clients
-
Support continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
-
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
-
5 years of relevant professional experience in a legal, cybersecurity, advisory or compliance context
-
Relevant experience and certifications in forensic data acquisition and/or eDiscovery tools
-
MAGNET Forensics, Cellebrite, Encase, FTK, Nuix Discover, Relativity, IPRO, Oxygen Forensics.
-

Some knowledge and experience with scripting, programming, SQL will be beneficial.

Legaltech Consultant
JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
-
Introduce our suite of solutions and service capabilities to prospective clients;
-
Support/manage assigned engagements while working closely with lawyers, service Providers, subject matter experts and clients’ representatives;
-
Manage projects and collaborations with new legal technology solutions and products;
-
Support the development of standard guides, market research, brochures and events, where necessary;
-
Communicate with internal clients and law firms, e.g. preparation of quotes for prospective work, conflict checks, etc.;
-
Handles data collection & preservation of evidence, data transfer, processing and overall project management on a case by case basis;
-
Responsible in providing excellent client service including technical and operational support;
-
Actively participate in business development, staff recruitment & retention and provide coaching/mentorship to new recruits; and
-
Support continuous improvement of our legal technology processes and methodology.

Requirements:
-
At least 3 years of professional work experience in a legal, advisory or compliance environment;
-
Degree in Law, Information Systems, Finance or related field;
-
Ability to deliver within agreed timelines and to manage multiple engagements concurrently;
-
Good project management skills and competent in the drafting of reports;
-
Experienced with leading legal technology solution is preferred; and
-
Proactively identify issues and propose solutions in a timely manner.

Multimedia Designer (Part-Time)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Create dynamic and informative animation and graphics for interactive e-learning courses and videos to engage learners on our e-learning platform;
-
Brainstorm and collaborate with content development team in design, storyboarding and development of e-learning courseware and videos for effective learning
-
Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:
-
Diploma or degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia or relevant disciplines
-
2-3 years of experience as designer with a strong portfolio
-
Proficient in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics work using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
-
Experience in using Articulate and other e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems is highly beneficial
