Raymond Lum
Group Chief Executive Officer, Rajah & Tann Technologies
Raymond brings more than 26 years of experience in operations and management, of which 17 years within the technology and engineering industries, he has led efforts in cybersecurity, digital forensics, digital risk management, digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions, corporate planning, operations, and international business expansion.
Prior to joining Rajah & Tann Technologies, he held various management roles in both private and publicly listed companies, corporate finance advisory firms, and government related organisations.

Wong Onn Chee
Chief Executive Officer, Rajah & Tann Cybersecurity
Technical Director, Rajah & Tann Technologies
Onn Chee’s areas of expertise include information leakage protection, web security and security strategy. He is also one of the co-inventors for at least six international PCT patents and is the current Chapter Leader of OWASP Singapore. He is also a member of the working groups which developed Singapore’s first standard on cloud security and Technical References on IoT Security.

Michael Lees
Head of AI Strategy and Integration, Rajah & Tann Technologies
Since 1994, Michael has provided technology integration services to the legal sector, working with Courts, Commissions of Inquiry, Government legal advisors, law firms, NGOs, and international organisations in criminal, commercial and civil practices. His Legal Technology domain experience extends to eCourts, litigation support and eDiscovery, investigation management, legal knowledge management, legal service automation, AI strategy, transformation and AI adoption.

Alan Dang
Head of LegalComet, Rajah & Tann Technologies
Alan has over 13 years of experience in eDiscovery and digital forensics. Prior to joining RTTech, Alan worked at one of the Big 4 accounting firms, managing a team of practitioners on engagements with government and corporate clients. He collaborated with clients, including Fortune 500 companies, on investigations of employee misconduct, fraud, theft of trade secrets, Business Email Compromise (BEC), and compliance-relevant matters.

Joanne Seah

​Joanne Seah is a seasoned AI and GRC solution specialist with over 30 years of experience across government, MNCs, and tech startups. As Head of Innolex & Sales at Rajah & Tann Technologies, she advises clients on digital risk management and AI governance, helping organizations build trust and accountability in emerging technologies. With certifications in internal audit and risk management, and a background in computer science, Joanne bridges technology, strategy, and execution to design AI governance frameworks that incorporate legal, cybersecurity, and compliance expertise—enabling responsible and practical AI adoption.

Maji Aw
Head of Novusdemia, Rajah & Tann Technologies
Maji has 8+ years of experience in film, video distribution, production, and TV broadcast operations. Transitioning to content development and training solutions at RTTech, she specializes in project management, content development, marketing and event management. Leading a diverse team, Maji blends creativity and technology to deliver engaging compliance training, content and events. Aside from eLearning, Maji also works with partners from Rajah & Tann Asia and industry experts as a coordinator to deliver trainings, seminars and talks to corporate clients and industry events, including collaborations with institutes of higher learning.

Regionally, Rajesh is assisting the ASEAN Secretariat on a pan-ASEAN forum to address convergence of IT, telecoms and broadcasting and by the Commonwealth Secretariat to co-lead an e-government capacity building exercise.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Steve is at the forefront of data protection and cybersecurity work and developments in Singapore as well as in Asian regional countries. Steve has assisted clients across multiple industries on cyber/data security matters, conduct of cyber breach simulation exercises, data breach incident responses and data protection law compliance. Steve conceived our 24x7 365 days a year standby incident response service, and has been activated by many organisations to deal with data/cyber incidents.
