Lionel Tan is a leading technology and IP lawyer with over 25 years of experience spanning both public service and private practice. He began his career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and Assistant Director of IT at the Attorney-General’s Chambers.
He is widely recognised for his expertise in IT law, cybersecurity, IP enforcement, data protection, and online disputes. Lionel has represented clients in high-profile litigation and arbitration cases involving internet fraud, software disputes, and brand protection.
