Philip is an engineer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience at DSO National Laboratories, specialising in Unmanned and Space Systems. A recipient of the Defence Technology Training Award, he holds a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

As Founder and CTO of CoolRIOTS and PPIC Technologies, he leads AI-driven workflow orchestration and tech consultancy. He also architects the BeX AI Platform for complex automation.

A passionate educator since 2009, Philip trains professionals at PaCE@NTU and Knowledgecom Malaysia, focusing on Generative AI, Industry 4.0, IoT, and real-time systems.

AI transformation leader, trainer, mentor and technology practitioner who helps organisations understand, design and adopt practical AI solutions for business and operational transformation. Dr Sharon Lim combines a PhD in Computer Science with deep engineering, product-development and business leadership experience. She leads AI-enabled enterprise transformation, Digital Employee design, workflow automation, technology training and capability building. Her approach moves organisations beyond isolated chatbot experiments towards structured, outcome-driven AI adoption with clear governance, measurable value and internal capability transfer.

Applied AI trainer, consultant and executive mentor who helps leaders translate emerging technology into practical business outcomes. Mario combines current teaching and programme-design responsibilities with more than 20 years of P&L, operations, sales and transformation leadership across Oracle, Siemens, Continental, Alstom and SMRT. He brings real operating examples into the classroom, connects learning to measurable ROI, and guides participants from use-case discovery through implementation and adoption. He is an ACLPSv2.0-certified Training Facilitator, Assessor and Coach. 

Rajesh heads the TMT Practice at Rajah & Tann and has been advising clients on legal, regulatory and policy matters. He has advised state governments and MNCs in telecommunications, ICT, social media, GLCs, and statutory boards.

Rajesh is Chairman of the National Accreditation Committee for Data and Digital Economy at the Singapore Academy of Law. He conducts lectures, seminars, and discussions regularly at international forums on IT, digital media, digital forensics, telecoms and other issues related to the new economy.

Justin has significant expertise in a wide range of technology-related matters, including high-value, complex IT transactions, deals involving novel technologies or use cases, and multi-jurisdictional data protection projects.

Notably, Justin is part of the inaugural batch of Accredited Specialists in Data and Digital Economy Law under the Singapore Academy of Law’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme, which recognises practitioners who have demonstrated a high level of expertise in specific areas of law.

Justin has also been appointed by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) to assist in its industry outreach and education efforts, and has conducted numerous data protection briefing sessions on behalf of the PDPC.
