Terence Quek

Terence Quek is the Deputy Head of the M&A practice with over 22 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC deals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and commercial law.

He has advised on investments, collaborations, and transactions across various industries, including technology, banking, insurance, and healthcare.

Terence is also actively involved in investment deals spanning seed financing, early-stage funding, growth capital, and exits for both local and cross-border entities.

Wong Onn Chee

Onn Chee's areas of expertise include information leakage protection, web security and security strategy.
