Raju Chellam

Raju Chellam has 45 years’ experience in the ICT industry. He's the Editor-in-Chief of the AI Ethics & Governance Body of Knowledge. He's also Chair of Cloud & Data Standards, and a Member of the AI Coordinating Council, both hosted under Enterprise Singapore.
He is a Fellow of NUS ACE (Advanced Computing for Executives), a Fellow of SCS (Singapore Computer Society) and Vice President of its Cloud Chapter. Raju was a former BizIT Editor of The Business Times, Singapore.

Rajesh Sreenivasan

Rajesh heads the TMT Practice at Rajah & Tann and has been advising clients on legal, regulatory and policy matters. He has advised state governments and MNCs in telecommunications, ICT, social media, GLCs, and statutory boards.
Rajesh is Chairman of the National Accreditation Committee for Data and Digital Economy at the Singapore Academy of Law. He conducts lectures, seminars, and discussions regularly at international forums on IT, digital media, digital forensics, telecoms and other issues related to the new economy.

Justin Lee

Justin has significant expertise in a wide range of technology-related matters, including high-value, complex IT transactions, deals involving novel technologies or use cases, and multi-jurisdictional data protection projects.
Notably, Justin is part of the inaugural batch of Accredited Specialists in Data and Digital Economy Law under the Singapore Academy of Law’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme, which recognises practitioners who have demonstrated a high level of expertise in specific areas of law.
Justin has also been appointed by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) to assist in its industry outreach and education efforts, and has conducted numerous data protection briefing sessions on behalf of the PDPC.
